We are excited to share the progress we’ve made so far with the construction of our new hospital. Our general contractor, Ellis Don, has been a great partner and their experience in building such projects has been invaluable. Although the underground work may seem slow, we are making great progress above ground and are on track to be closed in and watertight before winter. We thank you for your patience as we put on the final touches and allow the finishing trades to do their thing.
As we look forward to the completion of the hospital, we are aware that the demolition of the old hospital will be bittersweet. We understand there are many memories associated with the old building and we anticipate a crowd to be present during the demolition.
