Milton 11 CES – Construction Progress Update: Foundation Footings Begin
Our friends at D’Orazio are making great strides in the northwest corner, enabling us to advance our footing work. This week, we are commencing the footings on the front half of the building. Soon, we will begin backfilling our foundation walls, which will allow the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractors to install their underground systems efficiently. Our goal is to be working above ground before September 1st, starting with the Slab on Grade. We are eager to ensure the structure is closed in before winter sets in. To help us achieve this timeline, we are actively coordinating with Kiki, our steel contractor, to keep operations running smoothly. Everyone’s hard work and dedication are crucial as we move forward with this project. Stay tuned for more updates on our progress as we continue to build and transform this space!
